The reason for this sight is to explain what I have created,
for what purpose, and why you might be interested.
I got into water bottle rockets and became obsessed. After playing around for a while I decided there
was money to be made in this new hobby if you could target the right market. After a great deal of
research, I found that schools, or school districts were the perfect market. There was interest in every
school I contacted. As of 2009 there were over 150,000 Schools in the U.S. What I learned was the
first priority was safety. After that came durability, coolness, price, and a way to have competitive
launches on a level playing field.  The names of the products were to compliment the company name.
As you can see, this system is based on an Igloo, 38 Quart, Wheelie Cooler. Easy to store,
very portable and 100% self contained.
The release cable and handle are stored on the back of the cooler.  There is also a
rocket holder that snaps on after the lid is closed for safely transporting 6 rockets.
This shows launcher with lid removed. The rocket holder is free standing
and is a great place to hold rockets while paint is drying or glued on fins
are curing.
The manifold is the heart of this system. Standard water hose connection. Valve allows you
to fill rocket on launcher. Compressor connection with emergency, 100psi blow off valve.
(There is also a 100psi regulator at compressor.)  Gage to monitor pressure.  Water and
pressure release valve. With this valve and hole drilled in one of the grey launch tubes, you
can make every rocket contain the exact volume of water and with the same pressure, fair
competition. (All solid brass)
Launch platform rotates inside cooler.
Compressor line stores inside lid.  Store 5
launch tubes inside and waterproof
container for extra o-rings and tools. There
are also drain tubes in the bottom on cooler
This hand release mechanism is a must for safety.
The pull string type can be unpredictable and
dangerous. A first grader and a 250lb line backer
don't pull with the same force. Everybody can squeeze
a bicycle brake. This has about a 15 ft cable.
The mechanical release is spring loaded, solid
aluminum and stainless steel.
